The Wellness Plan is a membership with benefits; not insurance. In fact, we think it’s better than insurance. lt pays 100% of your preventative care with ZERO co-pay. And more importantly, it will ensure that you can keep the schedule of preventative visits to best maintain your health, not limited by insurance company rules.
Unlike typical dental insurance with pages and pages of fine print, this membership is simple to understand, with clear costs and benefits. lf you have questions, we can answer you directly. And with no claims to file and track, we pass the savings directly on to you.
The Wellness Plan Covers
For Adults
- 1 comprehensive exam (includes exam, oral cancer screening, photos and periodontal exam)
- 2 emergency exams and recall exams per year
- Any necessary radiographs associated with a visit
- 2 hygiene visits per year (routine dental cleaning or periodontal maintenance)
- 1 Fluoride treatment a year
- Deep teeth cleaning (some patients require a deeper initial cleaning that takes more time to complete, this will be provided at a 15% discount)
- 15% off our regular fee for any other dental treatment
- $500 off Invislign and $125 off Kor whitening
For Children (under the age of 12)
- 2 exams (comprehensive and recall)
- 2 emergency exams per year
- Any necessary radiographs associated with a visit
- 2 routine dental cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments a year
- 15% off our regular fee for any other dental treatment
