Just as residents and merchants gravitate toward Old South Pearl Street because it balances the community’s history with an influx of new ideas and a modern lifestyle, patients gravitate toward Dr. Stephanie Stratil because she balances technique, artistry, and patient education to give them healthy, beautiful smiles.

Dr. Stratil ensures her patients have healthy smiles by educating them about how oral health affects overall health, by reviewing all treatment recommendations, by explaining long-term outcomes, and by providing the highest quality care.

Patients would have a hard time finding a more technically skilled dentist than Dr. Stratil (unless it’s her equally-skilled partner, Dr. Cynthia Wright). After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Stratil enrolled in the elite General Practice Residency program at the University of Washington that includes intensive training in managing advanced and difficult dental cases. Only 7 percent of practicing dentists have completed this level of training, so rest assured that Dr. Stratil’s technical skills rank among the highest in the nation.

Dentistry isn’t just about technique; it also requires artistry. Fortunately for Dr. Stratil’s patients, she gravitates toward pursuits requiring both technical and artistic ability. Growing up, Dr. Stratil spent 13 years playing piano and now enjoys photography. These hobbies help Dr. Stratil balance her technical dentistry skills with her artistic talent to shape smiles that shine all around the neighborhood.

Having worked in several dental practices with strong community ties, Dr. Stratil knew she wanted to build a practice that could be the dental home for the Old South Pearl Street community and where her patients would also be part of her family. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling. Dr. Stratil and her husband, Peter, have two children, Ashlyn and Colin. Now Dr. Stratil invites you to come in to The Dentists on Pearl and become part of her dental family.
